Boys Summer Lacrosse Camp

Monday July 9th - Thursday July 12th, 2012
 

Two Sessions - 9:30-12:00 Skills Development & 12:45-3:00 Small Group Tactics (2v1, 2v3, 3v3, 3v4, 4v5, 5v5). 

Afternoon sessions will emphasize box lacrosse skills and tactics including picking, screening, deception and motion.

All participants must become a member of US Lacrosse - the National Governing Body for the sport.  Annual dues are $25.00 and include insurance coverage and a subscription to US Lacrosse Magazine.  Dues are paid once a year regardless of how many US Lacrosse Member activities you participate in.

V3 Lacrosse is passionate about elevating the level of lacrosse play in the Hampton Roads region and getting more players involved in the sport.  We offer educational programs and clinics for all levels from 1st grade through High School.  

Additionally we sponsor the Southside Fall Lacrosse program, summer camps, indoor tune-up sessions and V3 LAX! Select Travel teams for tournament play.  

We encourage all V3 players to participate in the Hampton Roads Lacrosse (www.hrlax.com) spring recreational league and we are committed to providing developmental players with the skills and knowledge to get them ready.  V3 draws players from Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Currituck, NC, Portsmouth, Suffolk, the Outer Banks and the peninsula.

V3 has an awesome coaching staff who are all US Lacrosse Certified with many years of experience coaching youth lacrosse.  Most are active volunteer coaches in the hrlax recreational league as well.  The primary staff is supplemented by guest coaches and counselors who are active players or recent graduates of NCAA Division I, II or III schools.
