To request a refund for a V3 Lacrosse, V3 Rush or SouthSide Lacrosse Program, please click here to complete the online Refund Request Form.  Please note that all refunds must be requested via this form and not via email, over the telephone or in person. Additionally, a parent or legal guardian of a player withdawing from the program must notify their Head Coach immediately of any change in player availability to participate.

 

Your request will reviewed by one of our Program Directors and will get back to you within 30 days.

There will be no refunds after the first Program training session or game, with the possible exception of a serious injury or medical condition. In order for a refund to be considered due to injury or medical condition, a doctor's note must be submitted with your refund request.

Refund requests will be reviewed on the basis of the following:

  • Injury or serious medical condition

  • Unexpected move under Military PCS Orders

  • Significant scheduling conflicts caused by unplanned changes in program event travel dates after registration and less than 30 days prior to the first scheduled event.

 

Program refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:

  • Unhappy with team assignment

  • Weather cancellations

  • Decision to join another (non-V3) lacrosse team or league

  • Scheduling conflicts with another sport or job


Your refunded amount will be contingent upon:

  • Proximity of time to Program Start Date

  • Reason for your request


Refunds requested and approved more than 15 days prior to the Program Start Date will be subject to a $50 administrative fee. The initial Roster Reservation fee is non-refundable.

 

In the event that the Club applies a Courtesy Credit to an account, that credit may be used toward any other V3 Lacrosse, V3 Rush Lacrosse or Southside Lacrosse program. Courtesy Credits are not transferrable as monetary reimbursement.


Refunds that are approved and granted will be returned in one of the following ways at the sole discretion of the Club:
 

  • Program Credit – Credit will be placed on player V3 account to allow those funds to be used for a future Program.

  • Credit / Debit Card Return – If the registration was paid with a credit or debit card, the amount will be returned to that card’s account. Credit and debit card returns will only be returned to the card originally used for Program Registration. We are unable to issue a check for any registration paid via a credit or debit card.

  • Check – If the registration was paid via a check or cash, V3 may issue a refund check, sent to member via postal mail. Please note that this process can take up to two weeks from the time the refund was granted.  Checks will only be sent to an address listed on the Player Account.


Refunds may only be requested by a Parent or Guardian registered on the Player Account.  

 

‚ÄčLate fees will not be refunded.

Unless otherwise noted, V3 will not grant refunds or prorated fees for missed practices or games due to late registration.

 

Unless otherwise noted, credits and refunds expire one calendar year from the date they were applied.
